Kirchner Law, PLLC (“the Firm”) agrees to represent the Client in the preparation and filing of an H-2A temporary agricultural worker visa petition petition before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, including the associated Form I-129 and supporting evidence.
The Client agrees to a flat legal fee of $4,500 for the services described above, payable in two installments as set out below. This fee covers preparation, filing, and responses to routine requests for evidence.
Government filing fees and third-party costs (translations, credential evaluations, postage) are not included in the legal fee and are the responsibility of the Client.
The Firm will keep the Client reasonably informed of the status of the matter and respond to inquiries within a reasonable time. The Client agrees to provide accurate information and requested documents promptly.
Either party may terminate this engagement in writing. Upon termination, the Client is responsible for fees earned and costs incurred through the date of termination.
